About Me

I am an Architect/ Urban Designer with a very structured mindset who became a mother in 2018. Ever since, my life became more focused on raising a healthy (mentally and physically) child. I started diving in the field of coaching and parenting and it was fascinating to me how everything we do is affected by our early childhood years. Hence I started working on getting my certificate as positive discipline parent educator and later i wanted to help the mothers feel better so they can act better. This led me to being a certified coach in the field of positive psychology which focuses on enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life.
Now, I help overwhelmed and guilt-ridden moms regain confidence and compassion by uncovering the root causes of their emotional struggles. Through understanding their unique personality types and attachment styles, I empower them to parent with kindness and firmness, combining love with clear boundaries. My coaching fosters self-compassion, empathy for their children, and a sense of safety, acceptance, and empowerment, so they can confidently navigate motherhood with clarity and purpose.
