Hello friend,

Since we are in this life-changing transformation together, I believe it is fitting that you learn a bit about me...

I was born and raised in Ukraine where I was once a family lawyer for 11 years (pretty crazy, right?). It was all I ever knew and all that I ever thought I could do. However, I didn't have any real passion in life and felt like I wasn't reaching my true potential. I slowly realized how much I have to offer for other . I decided to pack up my things, and make my way to the US with absolutely no support from my family.

I came into the city of San Diego not knowing who I was, jobless, never driven a car, and extremely insecure. I was truly lost.

That was until I began my fitness and self-help journey...

Within 5 years, I had competed in 11 shows across the country and was winning 1st Place medals left and right. Fitness was my outlet and my joy in life. Trough time, I began to have struggles mentally. Although it seemed as if I was thriving on the outside... I has serious problems with low motivation, low self-esteem, and bad body image. I was able to change my body BUT I was not able to change my mind.

Can you guess what I did next?

I took action.

Just like you have by being here with me.

I became obsessed with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and took every possible step to become the best form of myself. Through years of intense study and practice I became an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach certified through EDIT Level 1-3. I studied The Power of Subconsciousness and its influence on our every day life. My life has turned 360 Degrees since then.

I have rediscovered myself and found my purpose: to help others become their happiest, healthiest self.

I'm so excited to be with you on this journey and I'm confident you will come out of this coaching experience feeling like you are on top of the world.
