About Me

Many leaders and entrepreneurs carry a quiet weight. On the outside, they appear successful, but inside they feel torn: between pressure and purpose, between the demands of work and the longing for peace. My coaching helps bridge this apparent paradox.

I guide leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers on a non-dual path that brings clarity, courage, and compassion. Drawing on Buddhist wisdom and years of executive experience, I create a space where you can breathe, reflect, and reconnect with your true self, while also finding the practical discipline to move forward. Clients often tell me I help them bridge what seem like opposite worlds: the spiritual and the practical, stillness and action, compassion and accountability.

My style is warm, honest, and direct. I bring deep listening, unconditional acceptance, and the courage to ask the hard questions. I am being told that in no time I see and hear the essence of what's at play. Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I worked in international business and complex operational environments, from West Africa to Europe, leading teams through high-pressure situations. I hold certifications as a professional coach (Co-Active, ICC accredited), in Robbin-Madanes intervention strategies, and as an EMDR practitioner. This blend of business acumen, coaching expertise, and spiritual practice allows me to meet you fully, wherever you are.
