About Me

I work with successful, driven people who are ready to look beneath the surface, at the experiences and patterns that have quietly shaped them, and that no amount of achievement has been able to resolve.

My approach is gentle but precise. I work in a trauma-informed way, at your pace, with deep respect for your history and nervous system. I use EMDR to help your brain finally process what has stayed stuck by going back to the experience and decreasing the emotional intensity. And somatic coaching to help your body learn, perhaps for the first time in a long time, that it's safe to soften.

I've spent years working in international environments, leading teams through complexity across Europe and West Africa. That background shapes how I work: I'm warm and direct, I move efficiently, and I don't waste your time. Clients tell me I quickly see what's really at play and that sessions feel both grounding and quietly transformative.

I hold certifications as a professional coach (Co-Active, ICC accredited), in Robbins-Madanes intervention strategies, and as an EMDR practitioner.
