When I reflect on the many twists and turns my career has taken, I am most fulfilled when I see others tackle challenging situations and uncover solutions they hadn’t previously considered. Some refer to them as AHA moments.

Throughout my career, I drove cultural change by prioritizing people-first initiatives, establishing accountability, promoting diversity, and embracing cultural differences.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University. I hold a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
