About Me

I’ve spent over 16 years in leadership roles, including at the executive level, leading teams, complex operations, and system transformation across healthcare and community-based organizations in Canada and the GCC.

Over the years, I’ve seen something many capable leaders rarely talk about openly. The higher people grow in leadership, the less space they often have to step back and think clearly.

Many leaders carry significant pressure while managing teams, organizational change, competing priorities, difficult decisions, and constant demands. Over time, this can lead to stress, burnout, reduced clarity, work-life imbalance, loss of confidence, and feeling stuck despite continuing to perform at a high level externally.

That’s where coaching becomes valuable.

I work with leaders and professionals navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, organizational complexity, communication challenges, conflict, burnout, stress, executive pressure, and high-stakes decision-making.

My coaching approach creates space for reflection, clarity, focus, and more intentional leadership. Together, we work through real-world challenges including leadership growth, change management, difficult conversations, resilience, competing priorities, team dynamics, career development, and sustaining performance without losing yourself in the process.

What makes my approach different is that I continue to actively lead within complex systems while coaching leaders navigating similar realities. I understand the operational, emotional, and strategic demands leadership can place on people because I work within those environments myself.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Executive Coach, Certified Health Executive (CHE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).

Clients often describe my coaching style as thoughtful, grounded, practical, and psychologically safe. I help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
