About Me

My approach to coaching is holistic valuing overall wellness and personal growth, while prioritizing self-care in the process.

I am a student of therapeutic and creative processes, somatic therapies, Jungian and spiritual archetypes, MBTI cognitive functioning and mindfulness practices. I integrate neuro-linguistic patterns, conversation, and next steps to support you in moving forward.

I also have experience in assisting clients with identifying and integrating their values into their business, timeline goal setting, and building on the premise of "why" you do what you do.

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as a relationship that is meant to clarify, discover and align with what the client wants to achieve.

Research has shown that emotional intelligence (EQ) is four times more likely than IQ to determine personal success. I believe EQ is determined by the relationship between you and You. My view is that connection to your inner Self, body and mind is the cornerstone for a high EQ.
