I coach high-achieving women who feel stuck in the fast lane of success, motherhood, or duty. Women who are tired of performing and long to feel truly alive, connected, and free. My clients are often at a turning point — questioning their path, searching for meaning, clarity, or a new direction.

I help them slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover who they are beyond the roles they play. Together, we uncover what matters most, rebuild self-worth and self-love, and create a life that feels authentic — not just impressive.

I combine deep emotional work with practical clarity. With over 15 years of corporate marketing experience (Procter & Gamble, Essity) across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, I understand the pressure of performing, leading, and pushing forward. I've been there — burned out, disconnected, and ready for change. Coaching helped me find my own voice and purpose, and now I help others do the same.

I’m an ICF ACC certified coach (400+ hours) with a focus on personal transformation, emotional resilience, and purpose-driven change. I’ve supported women from various cultures and backgrounds — through burnout, life transitions, and the search for self.
