About Me

My name is Natalija, and I offer online coaching sessions that focus on supporting your professional development journey.

Professional development coaching can be helpful whether you want to plan your career or studies, advance or change your professional path, start or develop your business or self-employed activity, or add clarity and structure to your objectives and daily schedule. I will be happy to work with you on these and other professional development projects you have.

One coaching session lasts 1 hour. During our sessions, I will engage in active listening, ask tailored, open-ended, reflection and growth-oriented questions and use professional coaching techniques to help you identify and meet your needs, goals, and development aspirations and ultimately reach your chosen destination.

My education and training:
I have completed coach-specific training approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and pledged to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics. In addition, I hold Master's degrees in Business Administration; Law and Finance; Philosophy, Science and Religion. Currently, I am a doctoral researcher in Philosophy at University College Dublin (Ireland).

In my professional career, I have spent 15 years working in different roles in international corporations, where I collaborated with clients and peers from across the globe and mentored and coached junior colleagues. During the last 10+ years, I have moved and lived in various European countries, which has challenged me to grow both professionally and personally.

Learning, understanding, and development have always been my core values. I find meaning in helping people on their journeys to achieve the goals they set for themselves. The belief that we all have untapped sources of inner potential that can lead to positive transformation and a reframed outlook has motivated me to become trained as a professional coach.
