About Me

Natalya Berdikyan is the founder and CEO of Life By Design Academy, a consulting and coaching firm that helps individuals and organisations grow to its full potential beyond existing borders and boundaries.

Natalya is originally from Moscow, Russia lived in USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Germany. She has over 20 years of experience in building businesses in various sectors and geographies.

Natalya has started her career in Business Development and Sales, has moved from NASDAQ listed HR corporate to becoming a business partner and General Manager at a Belgian chocolate factory. Being an entrepreneur at heart, she also sits on various boards including Entrepreneurs’ Organisation (EO).

At Life By Design she consults businesses and coaches leaders, delivers keynote speeches and trainings around the world. Natalya applies her vast experience with handling change, deep exposure to different industries, finding creative solutions in complex situations, and mastering cross-cultural business skills to her coaching and business consultancy practice.

Natalya is trained in Transcendental Meditation, EO/YPO Forum Moderator, holds an MBA, and BA in International Business Management. She is iPEC certified professional coach accredited by ICF, including Core Energy Leadership, and a master practitioner of Energy Leadership Index Assessment.

With her team Natalya helps people and organisations grow beyond mental or geographical boundaries, achieve lasting change in business and life, eliminate obstacles that stand in the way to reaching full potential and success. She guides her clients to tap into full potential, raise the energy, discover new opportunities, and build a purposeful life and business.
