About Me

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in a cycle you desperately want to escape.

For years, pornography was part of my life. I experienced the shame, secrecy, frustration, and broken promises that often come with trying to quit. I also learned that simply trying harder, hating the behavior, or beating myself up wasn’t the answer.

After 26 years of learning what didn’t work, I made a decision: I was going to figure this out. I gave myself three years to go deep and discover what actually works.

My journey taught me something important: lasting change isn’t just about stopping pornography. It’s about becoming a man you trust.

Today, I help men move beyond shame and toward greater self-mastery, connection, purpose, and freedom. Rather than expecting perfection or treating every setback as failure, I help my clients understand what’s happening beneath their behavior, learn from their experiences, and build a life they no longer need to escape from.

My coaching combines lived experience with professional coach training. I’ve completed ICF Level 2 coach training through Elevated Coaching Academy, and my background spans leadership, technical operations, sales, training, and personal development. But more important than any credential, I understand this struggle from the inside.

I’m a husband and father of four, and my faith and family are central to who I am. I believe men are capable of far more than merely managing unwanted behavior. They can become stronger, more connected, more purposeful, and more powerful in how they lead themselves and the people they love.
