About Me

An accomplished learning & development professional, leader and coach, with excellent communications skills, I work in the areas of Organizational learning & development, Performance improvement, team building, Capability enhancement, Developing, Mentoring and nurturing Talent.

I’m in the business of improving performances – helping people and organizations to get better at what they are doing. This could be incremental growth or a quantum leap. My solutions are simple but not simplistic… My confidence comes from the diverse roles that I have played in my life – From qualifying as a geologist and working on the oil rigs in different roles as a logger, data engineer and well site geologist to train entire teams in auto dealerships, and also being a training leader in very large organizations.

As a coach, my focus is on improving performances. Of the various forms of coaching, performance coaching (or performance improvement coaching) is increasingly being found to produce the desired results. I work with people in any organization and help them improve on their own, their teams’ and the organization’s performance. My coaching is friendly and non-intrusive but with a very big focus on achieving results. I see immense potential in others and strongly believe that the answers lie within oneself and all that it takes to find them is a little help from the coach.

I have an International Certification in coaching from the International Coaching Academy, Australia, a program accredited by the ICF.
