About Me

Throughout my 25-year career in technology, I have experienced numerous achievements and stumbles. But the most valuable lessons have always been about self-discovery – understanding where I thrive, what ignites my passion, and what sacrifices I'm willing to make to achieve my dreams.
Just like many of you, I followed well-worn paths, emulating others' successes. I went to elite schools, worked my way up the corporate ladder and yet craved for something more. It wasn't until I started looking inward, asking myself the tough questions, that I found a path to fulfillment that I craved.
Beyond the professional realm, my journey has been enriched by being an immigrant woman and a mom navigating a new culture. It has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of building a strong sense of self. Over the last two decades, I've learned to navigate work-life balance, advocate for myself, and build a supportive network. And most importantly, being a mom to two daughters has taught me patience, empathy, and a stark realization that my children are their own selves carving out a path of their own. I cannot define success for them, I can only shine light on their strengths and blind spots and be a cheerleader on the sidelines.
These experiences, both professional and personal, have equipped me to support you on your unique path, whether you're juggling career aspirations and family, navigating cultural transitions, or simply seeking a more fulfilling life.
