About Me

I am a Solutionist Life Coach, my niche is coaching professionals based on research from neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and growth mindset because it is always an inside-out journey. I have diverse experience of over 20 years. I have been in academics than various roles in the corporate world. I am a speaker, author, professional who has been in the same situation at some point of time in my life as people approach me are, their experience resonates with mine this helps me to understand their requirements better and help them find the solution of their problems.

I coach executives and middle management professionals who want to grow professionally and personally. People approach me when they feel stuck in life, have a lack of clarity, want to succeed in career, or already are successful and now want to take the life to next level, For some unresolved emotions hold them back from their dreams while others want to address life issues like chronic stress, lack of time management, lack of emotional intelligence, lack of resilience, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, fear, glossophobia (fear of public speaking), unclear goals, lack of purpose, no passion, lack of clarity. My inquest style is inspired by Socrates to enable a resourceful state in the person. I help people to achieve what they always want but feel it is impossible. I make their impossible as possible for them. The shift they make in perception and approach towards life is an incredible takeaway from my coaching.

For me enabling the person to find the solution is most important thus I keep the solution-focused approach for the beginning and direct questions to instigate envisioning different possibilities in life. I strongly believe in equipping people for future scenarios that they can use throughout their life in any difficult situation they face. This self-discovery journey with me helps them to explore, experience, and evolve themselves.
