About Me

In my personal life I am a daughter, sister, wife and mother. Professionally, I am the Founder of The Career Lounge and Certified Executive Career Coach. Having changed careers a number of times, and taking various qualifications along the way to enable these transitions, I am passionate about supporting clients who find themselves at crossroads in their careers or are just feeling stuck for whatever reason. The top three challenges faced by most of my clients are lack of direction and guidance, relevant job market information and the right networks and connections. My own experience of navigating my career through being made redundant, international relocations, becoming a mother and sudden changes in the socio-political environments where I have lived, has given me the insight and tools to effectively support my clients to overcome these challenges.
