About Me

My coaching approach is very enrolling, real and honouring. I use a number of cognitive behaviour tools to enable clients to transform their leadership/life - this empowers them to peel away limits and be the person or leader they really are truly capable of.

I hold a Executive Coaching & Mentoring qualification (ILM) and have completed over 11 years of my own transformational training and learning - and its ongoing! I am committed to my own growth and development - this is where I am continually learning and growing for the benefit of myself and my clients.

I have worked in corporate, smaller/medium sized businesses, public and charitable sectors - as a leader myself in previous accounting or programme management roles. I am a part qualified accountant and also hold project management qualifications.

I am passionate about self belief, always willing to share some of my own story and create an authentic relationship with clients. I love the gifts that coaching brings to clients and myself, I am always grateful for what I learn.
