What I do:

Using a blended approach of coaching and consulting, I help entrepreneurs and business owners to take their business to the next level, no matter where they are today.

I also offer franchise specific consulting services, ranging from start-ups to large scale, international franchise businesses.

Experience:

- 18 years of senior management experience in the franchise industry, spent training, mentoring, coaching and supporting business owners, from start-up to multi-million dollar businesses
- Operating my own multi-unit franchise businesses for 8+ years and taking them to a sale
- 3 years as Chief Operating Officer for an international franchise business with over 330 franchisees, over 34 countries and with a group turnover of $43 million
- Experience in both B2C and B2B franchise businesses
- Personal property portfolio in two countries with 13+ years experience being a landlord.

More about me:

I started my career aged 15 as a children's badminton coach, I went on to coach children's football coach for 15+ years. I graduated from University when I was 20 years old and by the time I was 21, I was paid to fly to Australia as a consultant to train up a new business owner there. I spent the next few years growing my own businesses and in 2012 I moved to Canada to assist in the growth of an international franchise brand. During this time, the company won multiple awards and grew to operate in more than 34 countries.

I'm a health and fitness enthusiast, so when I'm not working you can find me in the gym or on the trails.
