About Me

I believe transformation starts with presence. As a coach, I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions—I offer space. Space to be seen, to speak freely, to ask better questions, and to reconnect with the deepest parts of yourself that already know the way forward.

My coaching style is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to walk alongside you as you uncover what matters most, get unstuck, and build a life that feels aligned, liberated, and alive.

Professionally, I come to this work with a background in strategic communication, nonprofit leadership, and DEI-informed organizational development. I’m a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and I hold a Master of Science in Strategic Communication and Leadership. I use somatic integration practices, which inform my trauma-aware, heart-centered approach to coaching.
