About Me

After 18+ years in the corporate sector and as a physical therapist I fired myself in 2013 and ignited my passion to help people to gain the knowledge and confidence they need to start their own business. I own 2 businesses and I take my combined work experience, education (MBA), certified coach knowledge and passion and offer it to my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I offer coaching in person and virtually and on an individual and group basis - all programs are customized to meet my clients needs based on their personal and business goals.

My services focus on business consulting (i.e. improving business results) and/or business coaching (i.e. helping entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs overcome the barriers holding them back).
