Hey there!

I’m someone who believes that real healing happens when truth and grace meet — when we’re fully known, deeply loved, and gently challenged to grow. My passion is helping people discover hope in the midst of hard places and find wholeness in their walk with God and others.

With a background in psychology, counseling, and theology, I care deeply about the intersection of faith and mental health. I’m especially drawn to topics like trauma, spiritual abuse, emotional resilience, discipleship, and the power of safe relationships to restore what’s been broken.

I know what it’s like to wrestle with insecurity, to feel the weight of past wounds, and to long for connection while fearing it at the same time. That’s why I care so much about creating spaces — whether through writing, teaching, or one-on-one conversations — where people can feel safe, seen, and invited to heal.

Whether I’m learning, leading, listening, or simply walking with someone through a hard season, my heart is always the same: to help others become rooted in truth and renewed in hope.
