About Me

Hello! I’m Nicole Bensen—a happiness and mental health ambassador, wife, mom, animal-lover, travel-seeker, corporate facilitator, Positive Psychology coach, veteran Google employee, creator of ADHD-friendly wellbeing programs, and I’m delighted you’re here.

My expertise comes from years working at fast-paced, Silicon Valley companies; I know what it’s like to manage a dispersed team, spend all day in meetings, hire the right people, build culture, deliver performance reviews, and THEN (take a breath) try to catch up on emails and your core work around all that.

My last role in Corporate America was managing a wellbeing program for executive women at Google. While doing this dream job at a dream company, my life was perfect on paper (and Instagram!), yet I ended up experiencing burn-out myself. Ironic, no? I felt there had to be more.

I’m using my lived experiences, business knowledge, research, and training background to share the tools I personally used, and have now taught to over 1,000 others, to get to a healthier mental and emotional place.

We'll start our session by taking a few deep breaths, then establish what you want to walk away with—the most important thing to talk about that day. This could be a bigger goal you're working on, or something you need to get off your chest that day. You're in control. We'll wrap up each session with you choosing your MVE, a minimum viable experiment, to try that week.

As your coach, I'm there to help you clarify your goals, shed light on new pathways, and to encourage and support you in living your successful, balanced, happy life—without burnout and overwhelm.
