About Me

I work with women who have outgrown an earlier version of themselves and feel called toward a deeper, more conscious way of living. They sense that the life they’ve built no longer fully reflects who they are becoming and feel pulled toward deeper purpose, greater self-trust, or a more intentional way of living, but aren’t quite sure how to navigate the transition.

Often this shift arises during periods of transition — relationship changes, career crossroads, motherhood, or simply the realization that the life you have built no longer fully reflects who you are becoming.
My work helps women reconnect with the deeper wisdom within and begin living from their own inner authority rather than unconscious conditioning.
We begin by establishing the Three Core Principles of Self-Mastery, which form the foundation for everything that follows. From there, each session evolves organically while remaining grounded in reflection, integration, and embodied awareness.
The Self-Mastery Mentorship is a 7-session container designed to support lasting change. Together we explore behavioral patterns, relational dynamics, and inherited conditioning that quietly shape the way you move through life. As awareness deepens, clients often experience greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and a renewed sense of personal authority.
My work integrates psychological insight, somatic awareness, and spiritually grounded practices to support meaningful and sustainable transformation.
This mentorship is best suited for women who feel ready to engage their growth consciously and step into the next chapter of their lives with greater self-trust and intention.
Sessions are available virtually and in person in southern New Hampshire.
