About Me

Hi, my name is Nicole Koch. I am the founder of Mandala Mind, a blog on change, and offer online courses and one-on-one sessions towards purpose, balance and joy.

I have a Master’s Degree in Coaching Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. Also I hold a Diploma in Solution-Focused Counselling and Coaching from Erickson Coaching International.

I am committed to providing compassionate, caring and non-judgmental support and use an integrative approach. Most of my training has been in the Solution-Focused Approach, including NLP. Further I am trained in Mindfulness, and Buddhist Psychology.
