About Me

I'm Nicole Mosby, Founder of Salomon Strategies and a Senior Certified Professional Coach with over 16 years of experience in corporate experience, organizational development, and coaching. My mission is to help leaders break through internal barriers and lead with clarity, conviction, and purpose.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse industries, helping professionals navigate complex transitions, build influence, and align their leadership with their values. I created the SALT Leadership™ framework—Self-Awareness, Authenticity, Leverage, and Transformation—to guide high-potential leaders through their own personal and professional evolution.

My clients are often mid- to senior-level professionals, emerging leaders, new business owners, and mothers who are at a crossroads. They’re smart, driven, and successful on paper—but inside, they’re facing imposter syndrome, burnout, and a lack of alignment.
