With a background in business, product development, conflict resolution, and workplace psychology, I help clients move from uncertainty to clarity—turning ideas into action plans and creating sustainable systems that support both success and well-being.

I work with a wide range of clients, including those who are neurodiverse—such as individuals with ADHD and autism—who want to create businesses, structures, and routines that work with their brains, not against them. My coaching is flexible, strength-based, and designed to meet you where you are, without judgment.

I also integrate life and relationship coaching into my work. I use the Needs Languages framework to help clients better understand their core drivers—what motivates them, where they feel off balance, and how to create healthier dynamics at work and at home. When you know your needs (and the needs of those around you), you make better decisions, communicate more clearly, and avoid burnout.
