About Me
I support professionals, mostly in tech: product managers, engineers, and founders who feel stuck, drained, or at a crossroads in their careers.
Many of the people I work with are high achievers : smart, ambitious, and successful on paper, yet inside they feel exhausted, often unmotivated, or unsure of what comes next.
My passion is to help people navigate burnout, (major) transitions, or simply the restless question of “What’s next?”. My coaching has the intention to find clarity, energy, and direction.
Earlier in my career, I chased the next role, the next title, the next “fix.” Eventually, burnout forced me to pause and redesign my work and life with more intention. That experience shaped the way I coach today.
Who I Work With:
-I primarily work with mid-to-senior level professionals and founders, mostly in the EU and UK, but I also coach people globally. My clients are often:
-High achievers who feel successful but disconnected from their work.
-Professionals considering a career shift, reinvention, or new direction.
-People recovering from (or trying to prevent) burnout, stress, and overwork.
-Those searching for more meaning, alignment, and purpose in their career and life.
How I Support:
My approach combines coaching psychology, life design principles, and human-centered thinking. Its not therapy, and it’s not advice.
Instead, it’s a structured but safe space to:
-Reflect deeply on where you are and what’s not working.
-Experiment and prototype new career directions.
-Reclaim your energy and motivation.
-Design a career and life that actually fit you.
If you think this resonates, we can connect and start designing whats next, together.
