About Me

Nisrine is a Certified Transformational Life Coach who supports individuals in creating lasting balance, emotional resilience, and inner stability. Grounded in science-backed methodologies and holistic mind-body practices, she helps clients move beyond stress, emotional blocks, and limiting patterns to access clarity, confidence, and sustainable change.

Nisrine’s work integrates Soul–Mind–Body practices, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and subconscious reprogramming. Her approach is human-centered, compassionate, and practical, allowing clients to experience transformation that is deeply felt and applicable in daily life and relationships.

She works with individuals who feel stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or “stuck” despite prior therapy or self-work, and with those navigating life transitions, uncertainty, or inner conflict.
