About Me

I’m a Well-Being Coach | ICF-certified in Positive Psychology and Embodiment.

I support individuals in moving through mental and emotional blocks and becoming more aware of how they experience life, in their thoughts, emotions and bodies so change feels natural, not forced.

My approach is holistic and structured, guided by the 8 Dimensions of Well-Being and embodiment practices that support presence, self-regulation and alignment. I don’t give advice or quick fixes — I hold space for humans to slow down, explore with depth and reconnect with what feels true for them.
