About Me

I am a certified Life Coach with over 300 hours of coaching. 10 years in corporation brought me priceless experience and skills in working with people and the corporate structure.
I work with entrepreneurs, with people who lead teams, who want to promote, evolve or simply give more meaning to their personal or professional life and face problems related to communication, providing feedback, time-management, team motivation, identification of common values, communication mainly online and want to have more clarity, confidence, improved soft-skills, strong teams where people communicate openly, want to grow and stay.
Coaching and Leadership International is the coaching school that guided me to bring on a common and coherent path, both the practical and idealistic part of me. What led me to pursue a passion for coaching was, first and foremost, the beneficial impact it had on my life. Coaching has helped me, among other things, to identify my personal values and needs and to make them my guide in all the choices I make.
