Oleg Stepanov – Executive Coach, PCC ICF, PhD

With over a decade of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, I am passionate about helping leaders and entrepreneurs toward meaningful growth, both professionally and personally. I have had the honor of studying directly under Timothy Gallwey, the Godfather of coaching and creator of the Inner Game methodology. This approach is foundational to my coaching, focusing on quieting internal obstacles such as self-doubt and perfectionism, so clients can tap into their true abilities. As a member of the Inner Game Institute, I help clients move beyond limiting beliefs and lead with confidence, authenticity, and self-awareness.

In my career, I’ve partnered with global brands such as Yamaha, Hitachi, Toyota, Dentsu, and Mitsubishi, which has given me deep insight into the unique challenges leaders face in today’s complex business environment.
