For 25 years I lived in corporate leadership - building teams, growing businesses, changing cities and countries, taking on bigger responsibilities. I loved it. My work was more than a job. It was a relationship.
I was Olga from Volga (my favourite). Olga from ZAGORKA. Olga from HEINEKEN.
That relationship gave me opportunities, challenges, growth, and friendships I will always be grateful for. It shaped who I am. I woke up excited to go to work, and my colleagues became friends.
Then something changed. A performance review became the turning point. I got a rating I didn't expect. What hurt wasn't the rating. It was the loss of trust.
I stayed. I kept over-performing. But something had shifted, and for the first time I started looking beyond the company. A new question appeared. If I'm no longer Olga from HEINEKEN - who am I?
I started studying about coaching and leadership beyond metrics. And I discovered something I had never questioned before. My identity was bigger than my job title.

Today I work with leaders who look successful on the outside but carry invisible pressure inside. Performance pressure. Mental overwhelm. Emotional tension. Questions about who they are when a role or a long-held identity begins to change.
I know those questions because I have lived them. And I recognize them in you.

My coaching is built on a few simple beliefs. Trust creates better performance than control. Loyalty matters, but never at the cost of losing yourself. Every person has strengths they can't always see on their own. And success should feel human.

Today I am building my own happy path through OL-ways Coaching & Career Design.
