About Me

Hi! My name is Olga. I started my professional career in HR in retail 17 years ago - I really love people, I love to see how they grow professionally and careers, 11 years ago I started working in consulting for small and medium-sized businesses to build business processes and develop companies. For the last 7 years I am working as a CEO in a product IT company. I came to a small startup with a few people, today the company has 82 employees, the company has reached the level of self-sufficiency, has standardized business processes. I am highly motivated, socially active, I love to communicate with people, I quickly understand processes, see what can be changed and implement improvements and changes. I respond quickly to changes and can smoothly adapt the team to changes, supporting and guiding. I am a person of the result, I see the final goal and build a road map to it. I am an absolute team player, I am convinced that teams win, not individuals, so it is very important to build teamwork in a team of people and teach full interaction. I have raised many people and I still accompany many of them on transitions to new life and professional levels. I gratuated an Executive MBA, European Coach University, Facilitation, Organizational Mediation, HRBP, Sales Management.
