I am a certified coach with an ACTP ICF certificate and 80+ hours of practice. I strictly follow the ICF Code of Ethics and stick to Core Competencies.

My superpower is to create a friendly and trusting atmosphere during the sessions. Each of my clients is heard, accepted and supported. As a result, you can progress comfortably, at your own pace, enjoying the coaching partnership.

This is how I work:
Together, we determine a long-term goal. Then, in partnership, we decide on middle-term and short-term tasks, building a road map of your expectations and ambitions. Each session has a coaching agreement within the goals/tasks decided upon. At the end of each session you evaluate your own progress, reflect on your insights, and think about how to implement them in your life. This is done by developing an action plan and mechanisms of accountability (if applicable). Thus, your deep work with fears, limitations, lack of motivation, and other obstacles results in visible changes in your life.
