About Me
I'm Oliver. I'm AuDHD. I've had six jobs in twenty years, started businesses, ended a long-term relationship, lost my father, and got diagnosed in the middle of all of it.
I thought I was broken. Turns out I was doing research.
I studied community psychology at Georgia State. I worked with the Grady Trauma Project and AvitaCare. I got my CLCI certification. And then I built the thing I wished someone had built for me.
ADHDWorks.biz is a career and coaching platform built specifically for neurodivergent brains. Not adapted. Not "ADHD-friendly." Built from the ground up by someone who lives it.
Here's what working with me looks like:
- 30-60-90 Day Action Plan: not a wish list, a real roadmap with built-in accountability
- Human Design Chart: so you stop trying to operate like someone you're not
- Work Style Assessment: maps your ADHD archetype so you stop landing in environments that fight your wiring
- 1:1 Coaching: because the plan was never the hard part. Doing it is.
I also build tools:
- ATS Resume Scanner ($9): find out if a robot is throwing your resume away
- AI Resume Rewrite: one resume, one role, no version hell
I'm always gobbling up the newest research on procrastination and perfectionism. My coaching philosophy is deeply inspired by Michael Bungay Stanier's empowering approach: you won't find any spoon-feeding here. We'll work together to unlock your innate wisdom and craft solutions that are uniquely yours.
If you're neurodivergent and your life looks like a mess to everyone else, let's talk. That mess is data. I read the language.
Free discovery call. No pitch. Just a conversation to see if we click.

I'm a pharmacist. I deal in facts, in dosages, in the tangible. So, this whole "coaching" thing? Honestly, I was dubious. But life throws you curveballs, you know? Divorce, aging parents... suddenly, those neat little boxes I'd built for myself weren't so neat anymore. Enter Oliver. Now, I wouldn't say I'm the touchy-feely type, but Oliver has this knack for cutting through the noise. He doesn't give you the answers (which, frankly, is annoying at first), but he makes you think. He asks those questions that dig deep, the ones you've been avoiding. And somehow, in the process, you start finding your own solutions. Thanks to Ollie, I now have practical strategies for reframing those false, limitin g narratives I'd been telling myself for years. And honestly? It's working. I'm communicating better, setting boundaries, and actually planning for the future (something this avoidant type usually, well, avoids). So, if you're like me, a bit cynical, a bit "show me the evidence" give Oliver a shot. He might just surprise you.

Working with Oliver as my coach has truly been eye opening. Hes always brought the most amazing energy to our sessions and I instantly felt in a safe space, ready to open up to him. He listens with intention and asked all the right questions to get me to work through my problem. He helped me draw up a plan and checked in with me to see if I needed any kind of support. Hes very professional and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Looking forward to our next sessions!
