About Me

I have over a decade of Human Resources experience at both Fortune 500 companies and scaling startups.

I've worked with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives on selecting great candidates.With this experience, I've developed templates, scripts and coaching to help my clients elevate their salaries and advance their careers. I break every step of the process down and work with each client to meet them exactly where they are, whether just out of college or decades into their career. I make sure my clients are supported and heard – and most importantly, they get results.
