About Me

My coaching journey began through sports — I started as a competitive tennis player. I was a top player in Estonia, but I often lost matches because of my mindset. Thoughts like "I'm not good enough; I can't fail; what do people think?" really affected my performance.

After coaching tennis for 9 years, I saw that I wasn’t alone – everyone struggles with confidence, pressure, and the fear of judgment. And not only on the court but in everyday life too.

That’s why I now help people feel focused, confident and excited about their lives. In our sessions, we can discuss any topic you want – whether you feel stuck or want to change. Together, we’ll figure out what’s in the way and create a clear path forward.
