Companies do strategic planning every month/quarter/year to reach their objectives. I help individuals do the same for their careers by working through a strategic process that I've developed after 15 years in business, brand, and marketing strategy as well as the various transitions I've made in my nonlinear career.

I've worked for and with global consumer brands like Nike, ESPN, the National Basketball Association, Jordan Brand, and Major League Soccer on their strategic marketing and business planning efforts. I've also been an independent consultant to entrepreneurs and startups.

I transitioned to career coaching because I found a lot more value in helping individuals grow themselves rather than helping companies grow their businesses.
