About Me

I support reflective, empathetic leaders who want to show up with clarity, courage, and authenticity, without compromising who they are.

My clients are often at a turning point: they care deeply about people and responsibility, but struggle to feel confident in their role. They might doubt whether their natural sensitivity or inner conflicts are suitable for leadership. I help them recognise that these qualities are not a weakness, but a potential strength, once they’re understood and integrated.

My coaching is a space for honest exploration, emotional clarity, and deep self-connection. I listen carefully, reflect on the core of what’s being said, and help reduce inner complexity so new paths become visible. Together, we uncover what you want, what’s holding you back, and how you can lead in a way that feels both strong and true to who you are.

The core of my work is based on Brené Brown's concept "Dare to Lead", a framework that emphasises courageous leadership, emotional intelligence, and the power of vulnerability as a strength. It means creating spaces where trust can grow, difficult conversations are welcomed, and people can lead with clarity, integrity, and heart.

I also work as a mediator and facilitator in organisations, which gives me a systemic lens and a strong understanding of team dynamics, trust building, and conflict transformation. My clients appreciate my presence, my ability to stay with complexity without rushing, and my mix of clarity, empathy, and structure.

My background includes academic training in health economics and international business, as well as certifications in solution-focused coaching, mediation, and systemic facilitation. I’m based in Switzerland and work in German, French, and English.
