No two clients receive exactly the same training. We assess each client individually, agree on outcomes and then design a personal or group programme specific to that individual or group.

We train at your premises, at our premises and over Skype. We work across time zones and follow you around the world so you have your coaching sessionswhen it is convenient to you.

As you progress, Open Focus becomes an essential life skill which you can apply to every situation independently. We support independent practice with personalised tools that are part of your package.
