About Me

I accompany people and teams while appreciating their strengths and values, ​​to discover their potential and thus reach their objectives. My coaching approach lies in interventions validated by rigorous research on positive psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience. Also, I inspire the development of an agile mindset to adapt to global, uncertain and rapidly changing environments.

I am an International Coach Federation ICF member, Executive Coach, Agile Coach, Agile Team Facilitator certified by ICAgile (ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF), Agile Leader certified by Scrum.org, Professional Certificate in Behavioral Economics. Currently, I continue deepening my expertise in positive psychology and transformational leadership.

I have a professional degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Chile and I have worked in organizations coordinating and leading multidisciplinary teams in new business initiatives and digital transformation. Working on these projects I realized that change in people's minds is the key factor for the evolution of every human group, such as a team, an organization, or a community. That is why I chose to continue encouraging people to develop their best version so that they can contribute to their organizations and communities.
