About Me

Patrick Ney, MSc, is a parenting expert, author, and public speaker who has delivered workshops and seminars to over 165,000 parents globally. A TEDx speaker with a Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience, his thesis focused on the relationship between adolescent ADHD and sleep.

He is the author of three parenting books, including an Amazon best-seller, and is a certified DIR Floortime practitioner – a play-based therapy for neurodivergent children. His work draws on insights from neuroscience, psychology, metaphysics and history. Based in Warsaw with his wife Maja and daughters Zofia and Mia, Patrick is also an ultramarathon runner and a qualified first responder.
