In our coaching work together, leaders overcome their frustrations and uncertainties to grow skills and confidence and attain new levels of success. Many leaders find themselves held back by old habits and ineffective ways of thinking. The joy of coaching is to see my clients break through these barriers and lead more effectively and with confidence.

Prior to launching my coaching work, I served as the CEO of a large business unit at a Fortune 100 company, an executive officer of a mutil-site business unit at the same company, and as CEO of a smaller organization. I completed coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, and I am certified by the International Coaching Federation.
