I'm an English man currently living in New Zealand, helping to run a meditation and retreat community.
I am deeply committed to help people be their true brilliant self. With the world as it is now, it is more important than ever to find ways to live our lives with peace, balance, love and joy. A large part of this it to have more self mastery, of the mind, and to live with more intuition and wisdom that is unique to us.

From many years of experience helping people of all ages towards happiness, peace and fulfillment - through teaching and leading classes and workshops, and in one-to-one sessions - I can help you overcome mindsets, past conditionings and old patterns that hold you back from being who you really want to be in life.
