With 59 years old, holds an Honor Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Psychology, specialized in Executive and
Leadership Coaching, in a multicultural corporate environments.

During his consultant career, from more than 25 years, he gained experience in integrated and global, long term projects, on a wide range
of activity sectors and in a diverse cultural framework.
Action and results-oriented, he likes to give priority to the essential and practical aspects of personal and professional life.

Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (with more than 3000 hours of experience, holds coaching certifications
as a Coaching Trainer, Mentor and Supervisor, Teams, Intercultural and Medical Coach, among others.

His methodological guidelines are based on the ICF Core Competencies, with the foundations of Systemic and Ontological Coaching. Delivers Level 1, 2 and 3 ICF programs, as a trainer, mentor and supervisor of professional coaches.
