I am committed to you gaining a greater degree of power, freedom and joy in all areas of your life. Together, we'll identify existing internal and external blocks that are keeping you from living the life that you want, and implement solutions to remove the holds these have on you. Our goal in working together will be get you 'unstuck' and connected to your calling so that you can create the life that you truly desire for yourself.
I’ve received expert coach training from iPEC, one of the largest coaching programs globally that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I’m also trained in iPEC’s proprietary Energy Leadership Index® (E.L.I.) to review E.L.I. assessment results and conduct E.L.I. debriefs as an Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner.

Payal came highly recommended to me as a Professional Coach. I thought I would take an opportunity to get a thoughtful perspective on some options I'm considering. Through the course of the discussion, Payal took the time to listen, ask clear and key questions, and provided me a way to think about the issues I was considering. It was an awesome session! She also followed up on some points she helped me frame at the end of the conversation. Thank you!!! Totally recommend investing in a Coach like Payal!Nikhil Mathur
I am so grateful for Payal's guidance and direction during our coaching session. This time was invaluable to me. During our session, I gained insight on how to work through thoughts or situations that are obstacles to my productivity and prevent me from accomplishing or making time for my goals, and--ultimately-- what's important to me. Payal walked me through approaches that resonated with me and were relevant to my circumstances. She is thoughtful and personable. Importantly, she is an exceptional listener who is nonjudgmental and doesn't project or make assumptions. These traits made me feel comfortable in sharing and removed the intimidation of being vulnerable. Payal is truly talented at what she does. For instance, she grasped that perfectionism was a hindrance to me/my accomplishing feats. As an example, I shared some tasks that were weighing on me and were simultaneously getting in the way of bigger things I needed to do. I was stalling on completing these tasks because I was overwhelmed by how I thought they should be completed (perfectly). Knowing that these were not essential to the big picture, Payal coached me through my state of inertia. And, she asked if she could assign me to set perfection aside; rather, I was to do my best and strive to not be perfect. I explained that removing the need to be perfect would be best for me because it is overwhelming. To elaborate, I associate my perfectionism with success and my imperfection with failure. So, Payal brilliantly assigned me to not be perfect. If I were trying to be perfect, that would mean I failed the assignment. I felt so free and energized to move forward. This coaching removed an ongoing barrier, and I still employ it as a strategy to overcome obstacles. I discussed this success with my therapist and she thought Payal's approach was novel! I have deep gratitude for Payal's coaching and am more empowered to walk confidently in the direction of purpose and success because of her.A.S.
I highly recommend coaching with Payal! She guided me through 12 sessions and in that time I was able to move forward on some huge changes that I'd been wanting to achieve for a long time. What Payal does better than anyone is hold my agenda - calmly but consistently she'll ask the hard questions that keep me from wriggling out of my commitments. She is always respectful and coaching together I feel powerful and capable. Together, we set and achieved stretch goals for my business and my romantic relationship. I was also able to let go of some business relationships that weren't serving me. I strongly suggest working with Payal if you want to make big moves!Sarah G.
