My approach is different because I bring something most coaches don't: a deep clinical background combined with growth-focused work. As an accredited counsellor and EMDR therapist trained in the UK, I understand how humans actually change—not surface-level shifts, but transformation that lasts.
In the UAE and Gulf states, I offer psychodynamic coaching. We don't just tackle symptoms or quick fixes—we get to the root of what's really going on. Whether you're dealing with work stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or feeling stuck, we'll explore the patterns and blocks underneath so you can move forward with genuine clarity and confidence.

My Philosophy

I believe coaching works best when you feel truly seen and heard. My style is professional and supportive, but I'm not here to push you into someone else's definition of success. Instead, I help you understand yourself better—your unique wiring, your patterns, what's holding you back—so you can make choices that align with who you are.
The psychodynamic approach means we look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns show up in your present challenges. This isn't about dwelling on the past—it's about understanding it so it stops running the show.
