About Me

I’m a neurodivergent life coach with lived experience, trained in psychodynamic life coaching. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in curiosity and respect for each client’s unique way of being.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent clients, including ADHDers, autistic people, and dyslexic and dyspraxic individuals. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in repeating patterns—whether in relationships, work, or self-beliefs. Together we explore these challenges, uncover what keeps them in place, and experiment with new ways of moving forward.

My coaching is collaborative, reflective, and practical. I help clients to understand their inner landscape, to notice the stories and strategies that shape their lives, and to build tools that support growth, self-acceptance, and resilience.

I’m also an accredited counsellor and EMDR practitioner in the UK, with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent clients through therapy. In the UAE, my work is exclusively life coaching—focused on helping you connect with your strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.

Above all, I believe growth comes from working with—not against—your authentic self. Coaching with me isn’t about fixing who you are; it’s about discovering who you can become.
