I have really appreciated the insight and support that Peter has provided to me as a developing leader. His personalized coaching has always been specific to my situation and development objectives, and played a valuable role in my early career progression. Aside from supporting my own development, Peter has also been a trusted mentor who I have looked to over the years for guidance in developing and training my own teams.

Peter Capezio worked closely with me during my first position as a business leader with P/L responsibility. Through extensive group and one-on-one sessions with the leadership team, Peter was able develop a group of individuals with very diverse backgrounds, education, and industry experience, into a cohesive management team, who were able to grow both the top and bottom line, and deliver record results for four consecutive years. Even after several of the team members moved on to other opportunities, they retained Peter's services for a variety of business leadership challenges, such as team building, customer feedback surveys, and employee engagement survey action plan development. From a purely personal standpoint, Peter was instrumental in developing my leadership capacity by conducting intensive 360 degree feedback sessions with different groups of leadership teams over a ten year period. It started my own business about 6 years ago. It's been a fascinating ride from the start - but along the way we encountered speed bumps aplenty. I have participated in the company leadership development program for the past 8 months and have benefited from Peter’s training and coaching. He has helped me develop a leadership style that I have cascaded to my production team become a better coach myself. I have learned to become a better time manager, especially with respect to prioritizing tasks in a high volume production role. I have also been able to improve my conflict resolution skills and become more proactive. It gives me great pleasure to endorse Peter. Peter and I had worked together back in my role as Director of Operations. He brings a wealth of skills to the table. I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your coaching support. Over the 12 month period that we worked together, we used a 360 feedback (as well as a DISC and an AVA assessment) as the baseline for the coaching process to create an action plan to leverage my talents, but more importantly to tackle three areas where I needed some help. Your coaching was excellent and your style was very effective and natural. Your coaching made a significant impact on improving my weak points and without a doubt made me a better manager and leader.
