About Me
I bring over 25 years of coaching experience, as both an internal and external consultant. My passion is to help individuals reach their aspirations and dreams by providing insights and motivation on how to increase their performance, find their career direction, create the right work/life balance and to solve immediate and specific challenges in their day to day work..
The coaching process is especially useful in such key areas as dealing with rapid change, building and molding a team, addressing personal style differences/conflicts and making career transitions and career choices. I am using my own customized Signature Coaching Process which includes goal setting, a reality check and self awareness (complimentary DiSC), combined with a specific action plan to guide the path forward. I have coached over 1000 leaders over the past 20 years. The results for them have been accomplishments that include - named branch manager/salesperson of the year, finding the dream job, getting out of a rut and repairing difficult relationships.
I am an author and often draw on the techniques uncovered in my books on leadership, team development and powerful planning skills. I use an approach to virtual coaching that employs self-assessment, elearning programs and skill building techniques that can be applied immediately. The books are available on Amazon.com.
