Why I do this:
In 2022 I thought I’d nailed it. I had a beautiful wife, a son on the way, lived on a dream farm in South Africa. Weeks before my boy was born the company I worked for collapsed. Soon after, my marriage ended. I flew back to the UK as a single dad with no house, no money, and no idea what I was going to do.

What got me back wasn’t motivation. It was standards, systems and some good friends who reminded me to keep them. One week at a time, I rebuilt work and whilst making my health and presence at home non-negotiable. That experience shaped how I coach.

How I coach:

We set clear 8-week outcomes that actually matters to you and your family.

We build a Habit Stack you can keep on bad days: AM/PM anchors and 1–3 non-negotiables.

We track what counts: Discipline rate, Energy (sleep, movement, stimulants), and Presence at home.
