About Me

I'm a 5x Certified Coach, ICF-credentialed at the ACC level, and trained in NLP, Mental Health Coaching, Parts Work Therapy, and trauma-informed methods. My background spans leadership roles at Google, Snapchat, and L Brands—where I managed teams and multimillion-dollar business portfolios—before leaving to build a coaching practice that blends the strategic with the emotional and subconscious.

I work with clients globally—from creatives and founders to corporate leaders and expats to couples and stay-at-home parents—helping them navigate life transitions, relationships, emotional patterns, and performance blocks. My approach is holistic and practical: we address the nervous system, subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and energy—alongside strategy, accountability, and real-life action.

I also specialize in working with expats, digital nomads, immigrants, and Third Culture Kids—all those who’ve lived across cultures and seek success on their own terms. Currently based between Los Angeles and Dubai, I coach virtually across time zones.

Outside of coaching, I’m also a published author and speaker, passionate about emotional mastery, feminine & relationship healing, and self-leadership. I also host retreats, workshops at summits and more.
