Phyllis J. Wright is the Founder and Principal Coach of Wisdom in Action Coaching, where she helps purpose-driven professionals, emerging leaders, and individuals navigating life and career transitions move forward with clarity, confidence, and purposeful action. Through coaching, mentoring, and motivational speaking, she equips clients with practical strategies to overcome obstacles, strengthen professional relationships, and align their aspirations with meaningful outcomes.

Before launching Wisdom in Action Coaching, Phyllis dedicated more than 38 years to public service, serving in senior leadership positions across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Following her federal retirement, she served as a Senior Programmatic Consultant supporting advanced research initiatives. A recognized leader, mentor, and advocate for workforce development, she has spent her career helping others achieve their full potential. Today, she is building her legacy by helping others.
