About Me

With 20 years of experience in business, particularly in sales and people management, and academic studies in Business Administration & Economics and foreign languages, I founded Best Life Coaching with the purpose of supporting individuals and businesses in their growth and goal achievement through scientific knowledge and ethical responsibility.
I am certified in Personal, Executive & Business Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mindfulness, and Adult Educator Training. Currently, I am also training as a Mental Health Counselor, because I believe in continuous learning and evolving. This allows me to offer the highest level of support and guidance to people who face emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges, always aiming to enhance their mental well-being.
My passion is helping others improve their lives, identify and achieve their goals, make a significant change and most importantly live their best life! It inspires me, it gives me joy and satisfaction when someone allows me to see into their own world and discover all the strengths and values, which will lead in the direction of increasing self-esteem, of feeling more confident, happier and productive.
I truly understand when someone can't identify their purpose - because i've been there - and I have all the tools to help others through the process!
